White lighting parts from European Front

3000GT (all years with pop-ups)

I've been asked by many people about the white lighting parts from the front of the european 3000GT version. I've put this page together that everybody can see the differencies as well as the part numbers for those who want to do the work :) I also added the prices what I have to pay to get the parts here.

Parts needed for the EU look

The main cosmetical differences between the European and "rest of the world" 3000GT front are : 1. Sidemarkers (fake in EU style) 2. Front Position / Turn lights (one unit with amber bulbs) 3. No foglights but high-beams 4. No "black line" 5. Headlight washers instead of position lights Please note that the parts will not fit easily on your 3000GT ! Even the fake side markers are closed in the behind and I haven't found a way how to illuminate it :( If you want the same look, you have to do some machine work to your front bumper.

The following parts are needed : 1. 80296L/R side cover 2. 80237L/R position / turn light assembly Prices : - 80296L : $54.70 - 80296R : $54.70 - 80237L : $59.50 - 80237R : $59.50 Shipping will not be that expensive (around $20) as the parts are light. Please note that 80296 will be slided into the bumber and then clips into the turn-lights assembly 80237 to become one line.

Unfortunately there wouldn't be any group purchase as the supplier is Mitsubishi Switzerland and there's no chance for me getting the parts cheaper. Please remember : The parts are not a direct replacement and some work must be done to the bumper !
