Engine / heads


MSD knock sensor in the rear water plug installed

Ported / polished intake manifold

Unported exhaust channel, note the black line where the gasket was larger than the port.

Close-up of the exhaust channel. All restrictions have been removed, new, longer exh. valve guides installed

Unported exhaust valve seat, note edge about 9mm after the seat... it must go !

Here the ported channel, much better and faster flow may increase power !
Here the ported and polished intake channel. Also the middle part has been optimized for better flow.



Turbos


GT PRO GT 368s Turbo

Bored turbine housing and larger wheel

Biggest part was cutting the rear manifold bracket and the water return hose

Valves / Ignition / Brakes / etc.


New valves, ready for the three angle cut. The exhaust valves ahd a high cleareance in the guides (but still in the correct range) but we went for new guides to prevent oiling.

New RC Eng. 720cc injectors (Bosch)
Ported (on the inner side where the injectors are feeded) and polished fuel rail

Porsche 993 calipers behind the (old) OZ wheels.
